Thank you for shopping with Dubai Spirit. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Shipping Destinations

Dubai Spirit currently ships within Saudi Arabia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We serve all regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Please note:

  • Business days are Sunday through Thursday (excluding public holidays in Saudi Arabia).
  • Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or public holidays such as Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha.
  • Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any applicable shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, our courier partner may attempt redelivery or contact you via phone. Dubai Spirit is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at dubaispirit333@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +92 3200426571. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
