Return & Refund Policy

At Dubai Spirit, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- The item is not a final sale or non-returnable product (as indicated on the product page).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product listing.
- Intimate apparel or hygiene-sensitive products.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to one of the following reasons:
- You received an incorrect item.
- The item arrived defective or damaged.
- The item does not match the product description.
In such cases, Dubai Spirit will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 2–3 business days. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return via email or WhatsApp.
6. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when contacting us.
- Bank Transfer Orders: Refunds will be returned to the original payment source.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
